This innovation will allow evaluating the service in such public places as airports, railway stations, hotels, food outlets, etc.
As experts predict, this system will reduce management costs and increase the level of customer loyalty.
Pressing just one button will resolve at once two tasks: anonymous tourist feedback and statistical data collection for further study.
The system offers to evaluate the service by pressing one of the buttons that expresses the corresponding emotion.
Green smile – “very pleased”
The light green button is “quite pleased”
The pink button is “rather dissatisfied”
The red angry button is “completely dissatisfied”
