Tashkent hosts exhibition of Uzbek skullcaps

The exhibition hall of culture and art “Lailak Kundi” hosts an art exhibition “Uzbek Duppilari” – “Tyubeteyki Uzbekistan.”

The exhibition features ancient and modern male and female skullcaps of hand-embroidered regions and cities of Uzbekistan – Tashkent, Kokand, Margilan, Fergana,  Surkhandarya, Kashkadarya, Bukhara and Samarkand.

In addition, the exhibition provides paintings on the theme of the skullcap of well-known Uzbek artists such as Ibrahimov Valikhodzhaev, Shukhrat Abdumalikov, Dilshod Eshmatov, Alisher Urmzakov and Dilshod Nazarov.
