Uzbekistan as the best developing tourist destination

At the ceremony of the Grandvoyage Tourism Awards in Madrid, Uzbekistan won in the nomination “The best developing tourist destination”.

In addition to this nomination, three more directions were presented at the ceremony: “The Best Big Journey”, “The Best Direction for the Honeymoon”, “The Best Hotel-Resort”. The winners were selected by a vote on web site Grandvoyage.com.

The competition is organized by one of the largest Spanish travel companies, Grandvoyage.

The president of the company noted that the victory in such a nomination is recognition of the results of the work carried out in the republic on the modernization of the tourism sector, as well as on the growth of recognition of the travel market of Uzbekistan not only in Spain, but worldwide.
