Ensemble Dor-us-Saodat meaning “Storage power” was built for the entire clan of Tamerlane after the sudden death of the sons of Timur- Jahangir. A few years later, another of his sons – Umarsheyhwas also buried here. In the 16th century the building was destroyed and only a mausoleum Jakhongir and empty crypt of Tamerlane have been reserved (Amir Timur tomb is located in Samarkand).
