Tourist zone in Samarkand

The Chinese Silk Road Fund will participate in the construction of a tourist zone in Samarkand.

The Chinese Fund and the National Bank of Uzbekistan signed in Beijing a memorandum of understanding on the construction of this facility.

Tourist zone “Samarkand city-1” will have modern hotels, cottages, entertainment and commercial establishments, as well as an amphitheater, bowling clubs, karaoke bars, catering establishments and souvenir shops. The completion of the project will be in 2019.
