The flow of tourists to Uzbekistan continues to grow

According to the representative of the State Committee for Tourism, in the first two months of this year the influx of tourists to Uzbekistan increased by 65%, if we compare the same period in 2017. The annual growth of tourists is about 30%.

Therefore, in 2017 there were 3 million travelers, which is 30% more than in 2016. Most of the tourists are citizens of neighboring countries (2 million), then citizens of Russia (120,000). With a continuing trend of growth, in 2018, 4 million travelers are expected.
