Minor Mosque is a new landmark of the capital of Uzbekistan, situated on the bank of Anhor. The President Islam Karimov opened the mosque on October 1, 2014 on the eve of the holy Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha. Receiving up to 2,400 people, a mosque is decorated in oriental and traditional style.
