Donation is a gift which is presented to the God by muslim. Charity and donations have been existing for a long time. Our fathers and grandfathers did big donations – sacrifices before harvest or special events. This ceremony was also held during khayits and attendance of cemeteries or sacred places.

Charity is the product of humaneness and mercy. There is hand of help with charity to the man found himself in difficulty. The poor can eat his fill from this charity, while the one who has made charity strengthens the feeling of mercy; he fulfills his obligation in front of the God, nature and human society.

The main rule of charity can be formulated as the following: let the well-to-do extend e helping hand to the indigent, the rich to the poor, the prosperous to the needy.
