I came to tourism 16 years ago. A friend of the family recommended me to a vacant place in the “mail” department)). I was glad to start working in a large company with a young team. A year later the head of the Incoming department gave me an opportunity to check myself in work with my first clients, starting with correspondence with them and ending with their service. Since that time I work as a tourism manager. I like the versatility of my work and the communication with many different people. I like the responsibility and hardworking at the high tourist season. And the most important, I’m happy when tourists come back home happy after the perfect trip to our beautiful country.
