09:00 – Drive to Khiva via Kyzylkum desert (430 km).
Lunch is free (stop on the road according to clients’ wishes).
17:00 – Arrival in Khiva and accommodation in a hotel.

For dinner, which will be held in the national house, the popular Khorezm “Tukhum-Barak” with a master class for its preparation.

Tukhum-barak – in translation means a boiled egg, but in appearance it reminds someone of envelopes with stuffing, someone’s dumplings or vareniks, someone ravioli. The peculiarity of the dish is that the eggs, as fillings, are not boiled, but raw. This dish is prepared from flour, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
