Pine lumber is the only living building material as
it breathes. Timber has a unique structure because it undergoes permanent air
exchange at the cellular level. Vascular wood has a quite particular
interaction with the mountain enviornment, resulting in air decontamination and
provention of harmfull pollutants entering the cottage. There is always pure
air inside a wood cottage; humidity and oxygen balance are maintained at the
optimal level, regardless of external conditions.
